The soul and heart,
unlike the body,
cannot be torn by distance.
Friendship is not given,
nor is love and happiness,
these are earned with persistence.
As we go our ways,
the paths that lead to all
corners of the earth,
may we all keep forever
a part in each other's hearts
and give friendship
an entirely different meaning.
